William is a Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE) executing projects in Instrumentation & Controls, Safety Instrumented Systems, and Process Safety Management for 20 years. William has experience in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries and specializes in developing innovative solutions that maximize efficient and supportable PSM and SIS programs without sacrificing safety.
William has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
